  • How soon can you go out and inspect the houses?

    Usually I can get to the property within 24-48 hours of the appointment request.

  • How long will it take after the inspection for me to get the report?

    Depending on the time of inspection, I try to complete the reports the same day as the inspection but if I cannot I can guarantee a report will be issued within 24 hours.

  • Do your reports contain images?

    Yes, absolutely.

  • What do you bring to the table?

    I was in the construction business for 30+ years as a General Contractor prior to becoming a Home Inspector. This makes it easier to give practical feedback during the inspection because I can quickly identify and differentiate between serious and non serious concerns on the property.

  • Are you licensed?

    The State of California requires a certification and I hold this certification.

  • Where does most of your business come from?

    Real Estate Agents and customer referrals

  • How long will the inspection take?

    This will depend on the size of the property but usually it is between 1-2 hours

  • What is the importance of a home inspection?

    To identify any problems or issues with the property that the buyer, in their excitement to buy the property, may have missed.

  • Who all do you service?

    Anyone looking to buy a commercial or residential property. This includes single family homes, multi-family homes, apartment buildings, condominiums and modular homes.

  • Are you ok with me meeting you there during the inspection?

    Yes, absolutely! It is actually preferred that you are able to attend so I can walk you through the property and give you first hand knowledge of any concerns; or lack of concerns with the property.

  • Do you email the report?

    Yes, it will be sent via email.

  • Do you work on weekends?

    Yes, I am available on the weekends.

  • Is there anything I should do on my end prior to the inspection taking place to ensure it can be completed properly?

    It is very helpful if it is confirmed that I will have access to all areas of the property including the attic (if applicable).
